THE PROJECT

MIG Commercial Real Estate needed a new website and enhanced branding to better reflect their position as progressive leaders in the industry. The website needed to be clean and easy to navigate, provide detailed information about their properties and team without being visually overwhelming, work flawlessly on mobile devices, and integrate with an improved tenant service request ticketing system.

We worked with MIG to update their well-established brand image by recreating their existing logo with a sleek and modern brushed steel texture that pairs naturally with the stunning architecture of their developments. The website takes advantage of negative space, parallax scrolling, and animations to present their properties, team personalities, and commitment to giving back to the community while maintaining a minimalist and spacious feel.

The website was integrated with Zendesk to make it simple and fast for tenants to submit and manage service requests, and a third party cloud-based document repository that enables the MIG Executive Team to share secure documents with their Board of Directors. A blogging section was added to allow news items to be shared and as new items are added they are displayed in a rotating carousel on the home page. An extensive team overview page was designed to capture the personalities of the staff and provide individual profile pages. The numerous MIG properties, land, and developments are displayed in a single page with detailed information about each location being available to the visitor via expandable accordion elements which contain textual content, photo galleries, and maps.
